Room rates are subject to the Tourist Tax of Lisbon Municipality and VAT. A portion of the room rate is used to defray the association’s convention expenses. Please note that cancellation charges will apply for rooms cancelled after March 20, 2025 as follows: Room cancellation made between the 21st of March 2025 to the 30th of May 2025 will be charged 1 night penalty. Room cancellation made between the 1st of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025 will be charged 2 nights penalty. Room cancellation made after the 1st of October 2025 will be charged all nights. In case of cancellation or in case of no-show or early departure, full stay will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
