I misplaced my receipt. How can I receive another copy?
You can find copies and print all of your receipts with ABAI in your ABAI portal account. Simply go to the "Receipts" section of the main portal page to view them.
I forgot my ABAI portal account password. How can I retrieve it to login?
You can request to have your password emailed to you by clicking on "Retrieve Username and Password" on the portal account login page.
I requested to have my password emailed to me, but I still haven't received it.
Oftentimes, these automatic emails are sent to your "junk" or "spam" folders; we suggest checking there first. I can't remember if I registered for the convention. How do I confirm my registration?
You can find all of your event registrations in your ABAI portal account. Simply click on the link for "Registrations" in the left hand menu of the main portal page to view them.
How do I get information on Professional Liability Insurance?
At this time, you can request a quote for Professional Liability Insurance from our partner, Huntington Insurance, directly through your ABAI portal account in the "Member Benefits" section.
How do I change my address?
You can update your address in the ABAI portal account by clicking on the link for "Update Address" in the left hand menu of the main portal page.
How can I find my CE credits from past events?
ABAI stores all of the CE credits you earn from ABAI events in your ABAI portal account. Simply go to the "Continuing Education" section of the main portal page to view and print your certificates.
What's my BACB number?
You can look up your BACB number on the BACB website at www.bacb.com.
How do I enter my BACB CE credits for recertification and what is the recertification deadline?
Certification is done by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB); you can enter your credits and look up other information about your certification through their website at www.bacb.com.
I am trying to enter my CE credits into my BACB portal account and I need ABAI's provider number.
ABAI’s provider number is indicated on your CE documentation accessible through your ABAI portal under “Certificates”. If you need assistance locating your CE documentation, paying for CEs, or identifying the provider number, please email us.
How do I find presentation information from past ABAI events?
You can access the programs from past ABAI events on the event archives page of our website.
What are the standard poster dimensions for ABAI events hosted in the US?
Posters should fit 4' x 4' (120 cm x 120 cm) poster boards. Push pins will be provided for all poster sessions. International Conference dimensions vary by location.
How do I know the status of a submission and, if accepted, when I am scheduled to
present?
You can find the status of all submissions and presentation schedules in your ABAI portal account. Simply go to the "Tools" section of the main portal page, select "Call for Papers Entry," and follow the links to the event in question. A submission's status is listed to the right of the submission title and presentation schedules, when available, can be accessed by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
How do I access my 10 complimentary CE credits?
You can access your 10 complimentary CE credits by going to the Learning Center and selecting a video. When you select the video you would like to watch, you will be prompted to select either “Claim Free CE(s)” or “Purchase CE.” Select “Claim Free CE(s).”
