Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers of Registration Policy
Registration cancellations for the 2026 International Conference received between March 1, 2026, and August 11, 2026, will be subject to a 10% fee. Cancellations received between August 12, 2026, and September 11, 2026, will be subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations received between September 12, 2026 and October 11, 2026, will be subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations received on or after October 12, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund, but registration may be transferred to another registrant or a future event.Cancellation is NOT subject to a cancellation fee if transferred to a future event. Please remember, if transferring registration to a future event, you must maintain a valid and current membership for the year of the future event. If, for example, you wish to transfer a 2025 Annual Convention registration to the 2026 Annual Convention, you must maintain the same membership type and renew your membership for 2026 – at the time of transfer. Registration can be transferred only once. Any presenter (including poster presenters) needing to cancel must communicate with the convention department.
In the unlikely event that the conference/convention is canceled in its entirety, all registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
Please note that in the case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., a global pandemic), we reserve the right to pivot to an alternative conference format (e.g., virtual or hybrid). If such a change occurs, registrants will be notified promptly, and adjustments to registration fees, if applicable, will be made.
Continuing Education (CE) Package
ABAI is offering CE credit for all qualifying events. New for the 2026 International Conference, attendees are required to select and pay for each type of CE credit individually. BACB CE credits are $70.00 for Members and $80.00 for Non-Members, while all other CE credits (PSY, IBAO, QABA, and NASP) are $15.00 for Members and $20.00 for Non-Members.
Photo Release Policy
Registrants acknowledge that, while attending this ABAI event, they may be photographed by an ABAI-approved photographer. In registering and attending this event, you grant ABAI permission to use your likeness in photograph(s) in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by ABAI, in perpetuity, and for other use by the association. Registrants agree to make no monetary or other claim against ABAI for the use of the photograph(s).
