The Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) is proud to announce the 19th Annual Autism Conference Career Fair! As an extension of the ABAI Career Center, the Career Fair will provide an opportunity for employers to meet face-to-face with top behavior science professionals. Held during ABAI’s 19th Annual Autism Conference in New Orleans, attendees include ABAI members and job seekers with a range of experiences and interests in the philosophy, science, application, and teaching of behavior analysis.

The size recommendation for your Career Fair Recruitment Guide ad is 5“ wide by 7.75“ tall. Please submit your ad by January 3, 2025 as a PDF file in color with no bleed. We will convert your ad to black & white for the print version if a color upgrade was not purchased.

 

The digital version of the Career Fair Recruitment Guide will be emailed directly to ABAI job seekers, highlighted in ABAI’s member newsletters, linked within the conference app, made available for download on the ABAI Career Center, and posted on ABAI’s social media channels after the event.

Whether it be from home or one of their centers, ABS Kids provides autism diagnosis, individualized planning, one-on-one treatment, and community integrations to support you and your child every step of the way. Their mission is to empower children with autism spectrum disorders and their families to reach their full potential through diagnosis and individualized ABA therapy.
Online Career Fair Participating Employer - Attendant Care Autism Services was born out of the combination of their parent company’s principles and the need for Autism services in Michigan communities. After initially opening their Autism services branch with in-home services only, they adapted to the needs of clients and opened their first Autism Centers in mid-2019. Their mission is to provide personalized care and life enrichment through compassion while maintaining a positive and safe therapeutic family environment. Our training program helps professionals and parents effectively use research-based ABA methods. Our treatment program is delivered by knowledgeable and highly-trained clinical staff members using accurate, results-driven methods to improve the quality of life for children and families.
Onsite Career Fair Participating Employer - Easterseals North Georgia (ESNG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides high-quality services to children with disabilities and special needs as well as their families. The nonprofit covers 44 counties, including metropolitan Atlanta and northeast Georgia. ESNG staff is comprised of a diverse workforce of 400 employees that consists of therapists, center managers, teachers, assistant teachers, social workers, education and disability specialists, nutrition and health specialists and physical, occupational and speech pathologists. The ESNG administrative staff consists of human resource professionals, accounting professionals and program directors.
Onsite Career Fair Participating Employer - Journeys Autism Center was established in 2019 by a group of dedicated professionals striving to do better for the community they call home. They are like-minded individuals who have a passion for helping others and come from various backgrounds with nearly 40 years of combined experience. Their daily focus is using the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices to help clients accomplish their best possible outcome. Journeys Autism Center individually assesses their clients’ needs and continually re-evaluates their treatment programs and protocols to ensure their clients are receiving the best treatment possible. Collaboration between professionals and caregivers is one of the top priorities for Journeys Autism Center. Addressing client and caregiver outcome goals is incorporated into each individual treatment plan. Their goal is to collaborate with clients and their guardians to develop treatment goals. These individualized behavior intervention plans are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and can be realistically implemented in settings outside the clinic by caregivers.
Onsite Career Fair Participating Employer - Sevita, formerly The MENTOR Network, is the leading provider of home and community-based specialty health care, with 45,000 employees proudly serving over 55,000 individuals. Sevita believes that people can grow, learn, and be as independent as possible in the homes and communities where they live. They serve adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, individuals with complex care needs, people recovering from brain injury, children in foster care, adults and children with autism, and other individuals who may require care across a lifetime. Onsite Career Fair Participating Employer - Summit Health Services was founded by Jessica Swanson in 2019. Jessica’s goals were to create an ABA practice that met the standards she wanted for her non-verbal daughter with autism, and a place where she would love to practice as a BCBA. Combining Jessica’s experience as a mother and practitioner, SHS was born implementing evidence-based practices of ABA and the standards of care she wants for her own child. Jessica handpicks all staff to ensure the standards are always met. Since Jessica is also a military spouse, locations are based on where they can serve the most military kids and get them off of lengthy wait lists. They have a “small company” mentality where a mother and BCBA is at the helm. They do not answer to big investors as SHS is 100% owned by Jessica with no plans to ever sell to larger national companies.
Onsite Career Fair Participating Employer - The Learning Tree, Inc. exists to provide a warm, caring, and nurturing environment with individualized, empirically validated services and supports to persons with significant educational, medical, and behavioral challenges; helping them develop and maintain a quality of life expected by non-disabled members of their family and community. The Learning Tree is a private nonprofit organization, founded in 1983 by two former public school teachers. In response to the desperate pleas of three local parents in Mobile, Alabama, co-founders Jerre Brimer and Pat Murphy established a school environment that would nurture, challenge, and provide individualized instruction, with 24-hour care, year-round.
