Join us for this annual event offered for over ten years now at ABAI. No experience is necessary. Bring a towel or mat and dress comfortably. This one hour session strengthens and lengthens with a half hour of Pilates, followed by half hour of yoga. Instructors are certified in each discipline and are BCBA-Ds.
