Cancellation
Should an exhibitor wish to cancel a reservation by February 2, 2026, a 30% administrative fee will be held. Cancellation after February 2, 2026 obligates the exhibitor to full payment. No refunds will be made after this date. All cancellations must be in writing.

 

Space Assignment

All applications for exhibit space at the ABAI 52nd Annual Convention must be made on the official contract form provided on the ABAI website. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You must reserve exhibit space by March, 6 2026 for your information to be printed in the convention program book.

Payment must be made, in full, by February 2, 2026 to retain your reservation. Any booths with unpaid invoices will be cancelled, removed from the program and placed up for resale. Deposits will not be returned for failure to make payment. All booths reserved after February 2, 2026 will be required to submit payment upon reservation.

Join our event where over 100 exhibiting companies attend to socialize and form new connections with you. Saturday, May 23, 11:00 AM-4:00 PM, 7:00 PM-10:00 PM

Sunday, May 24, 11:00 AM-4:00 PM

Monday, May 25, 11:00 AM-4:00 PM

Exhibitor Passport:

 

Drawing Time: Monday, May 25 at 2:30 PM

 

The exhibitor passport will be provided to you at check-in. Visit the exhibit booths at the event and have each box, next to the logos, initialed by the exhibitor. Submit when complete. Participants must be present to win.

 

Top prize is free registration for the 2027 Annual Convention! Additional prizes include a paid hotel night, giftcards and others.

 

*Passport raffle entry is restricted to registered attendees of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI)’s event only. Individuals who are registered under an exhibiting organization are not permitted to enter. Following the raffle, the registration status of all winners will be verified. If a winner does not meet the above criteria, ABAI has the right to withhold any prizes.
