Feedback is an essential component of supervision and management, yet it can be difficult to deliver feedback effectively. In this webinar, Dr. Nicole Gravina will describe evidence-based strategies to facilitate high-quality feedback conversations that will enhance performance and safety. Some of the strategies will include developing rapport, using effective feedback components, and soliciting feedback on the feedback. Attendees will leave with ideas for improving their own feedback conversations.
