Mitch Fryling, Ph.D. (he/him/his) is Associate Dean and Professor at California State University, Los Angeles. Mitch has expertise in interbehaviorism and interbehavioral psychology. He is interested in connecting interbehavioral ideas to improve the philosophical and conceptual foundation of behavior science and in extending this work to social and clinical topics (e.g., interpersonal relationships). Mitch recently co-authored a text on interbehaviorism, co-edited texts on language and cognition and behavior science in organizations, and was the editor of The Psychological Record from 2018 to 2024. Mitch has a wide range of clinical experiences and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral® and Licensed Psychologist.
