David A. Wilder, professor in the School of Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology, received his Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 1998. Dr. Wilder is regarded as one of the leading researchers on the refinement of procedures for teaching instructional compliance in children. In organizational behavior management, Dr. Wilder’s contributions have been numerous, and have included the assessment and improvement of employee performance, identification of employee reinforcers, workplace safety, and pay for performance. Dr. Wilder has served on the editorial boards and/or as associate editor of many journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, the Behavioral Development Bulletin, Behavior Modification, and Behavioral Interventions, and is the current editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. In 2011, he was the recipient of an ABAI Outstanding Mentor Award.
